Job summary

Champions ABA - MA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home services in the Greater Boston area, with travel to client homes in Medford, MA. Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families.

You will assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with families and other professionals. A BCBA or eligibility within 6 months is required, with strong communication skills and

BCBA certification or eligibility within 6 months.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
Solid understanding of ABA principles and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and developmental disabilities.
Provide in-home ABA therapy services using evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with families and professionals to implement plans.
Monitor progress, adjust plans, and communicate with families and team.
Maintain accurate records in line with regulations and standards.
