Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Medford, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (ABA Services) to design and oversee individualized ABA programs in home and community settings. You will assess behavior, analyze data, and develop evidence-based interventions to address challenges and promote skill acquisition for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or candidate pursuing BCBA.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavior analysis plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop interventions to address behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide ABA services in-home and community-based settings
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
