Job summary

Champions ABA – MA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Malden team. You will design and implement individualized ABA plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and professionals to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification, a relevant master’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. This is a part‑time position with flexible scheduling in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 0 years of experience as BCBA or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Conduct assessments and behavioral analyses to understand client needs.
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals on behavior intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
