Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Medford, MA seeks a BCBA to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and families in the Greater Boston area. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective outcomes.

The role requires BCBA credentials or eligibility within 6 months, a degree in ABA/psychology/special education or related field, and strong ABA knowledge.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility within 6 months
• Master's or Bachelor's in ABA/Psychology/Special Ed, or related field
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Greater Boston area

Responsibilities
