Job summary

Solara Autism Services seeks a compassionate Part-Time BCBA to provide in-home ABA services in the New Haven, CT area. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families in home settings.

The role offers flexible hours and a collaborative clinical team, with reimbursement and billing support to ensure smooth program delivery. A strong emphasis on ethics and client outcomes guides daily work.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure or ability to obtain.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the New Haven area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
