Job summary

Solara Autism Services in Groton, CT is seeking a compassionate Full-time BCBA to provide in-home ABA services throughout the Groton area. You will work with children and families, delivering individualized, evidence-based therapy while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
