Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time BCBA to join our in-home ABA services in Groton, Connecticut. You will work with children and families, developing individualized treatment plans and supervising RBTs, all while upholding BACB ethics and collaborating with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Connecticut licensure or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and BIP.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust plans as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other providers.
• Ensure services align with BACB Ethical Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
