Solara Autism Services seeks a compassionate Part-Time BCBA to deliver in-home ABA services in Groton, CT and surrounding communities. The role involves flexible hours, direct work with children and families, and collaboration with a clinical team to provide individualized, evidence-based therapy.

You will supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists, coach families, and ensure progress through data-driven treatment adjustments, while adhering to BACB ethics and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Connecticut Licensure or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and BIP.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust plans as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other providers.
• Ensure services align with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.

Formation

BCBA Certification

Master's degree (Behavior Analysis / Psychology / Education)

CT Licensure (or ability to obtain)
