Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate Part-Time BCBA to provide in-home ABA services in Groton, CT and surrounding communities. You will assess, design and supervise individualized treatment plans for children with autism, collaborating with families and a clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
