Solara Autism Services seeks compassionate, energetic Behavior Therapists to join our team providing in-home ABA services across Fairfield County, CT. The part-time role focuses on one-on-one therapy with children in their homes, under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to pursue RBT certification.

We offer comprehensive training, supervision, and ongoing support, plus pathways for advancement into higher roles within a supportive, family-centered culture.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, Special Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• ABA experience a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required; paid training and support provided.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, school readiness, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based procedures to increase skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect session data and complete daily clinical documentation.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization across home and community.
