Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is a clinician-owned ABA provider in Cypress, TX, seeking a BCBA to lead evidence-based treatment and supervise RBTs within a supportive, collaborative clinical community.

You will work with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists, develop individualized plans, analyze data, and stay current on ABA research while enjoying generous PTO, CEU support, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA to develop evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with developmental and behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and multidisciplinary team members.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research.
