You will develop and oversee evidence-based ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and drive client progress within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing mentorship.
• Experience working with children in ABA settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with diverse needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs.
