Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead evidence-based ABA services for children from birth to age 12 in Cypress, TX.

You will develop and supervise individualized treatment plans, analyze data, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with speech, occupational, and physical therapists. Qualifications

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with developmental and behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
