Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA treatment for children aged birth to 12 in Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, Texas. You will develop individualized plans and supervise RBTs, collaborating with speech, occupational, and physical therapists to ensure holistic care.

You will contribute to ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA best practices, while maintaining high ethical standards and quality care for families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and actively practicing as a BCBA.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and clinical staff.
• Analyze data to guide treatment decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with developmental needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team including SLP, OT, PT.
