Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. seeks a Sr. BCBA to lead clinical ABA programs for children birth through age 12. You’ll develop evidence-based treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with SLP, OT, and PT to support holistic client care.

The role emphasizes high clinical quality, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development within a supportive clinician-led community in Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, TX.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing clinical mentorship.
• Strong data analysis skills to adjust ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with diverse needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize progress.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists.
