Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is a clinician-owned provider serving Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, TX. As a BCBA, you will lead evidence‑based ABA programs for children birth through age 12, supervise RBTs, and coordinate with Speech, OT, and PT to deliver holistic care.

You’ll work in a collaborative clinical team that supports ongoing professional development and adherence to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Board certified behavior analyst with BCBA credential.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA services.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust plans promptly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with developmental needs.
• Analyze data and adapt treatment strategies to maximize progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Coordinate with Speech, OT, and PT for holistic care.
