Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is opening a new Carson City location and seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts at our Las Vegas center. You will lead ABA interventions, supervise staff, and support families through assessment results and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree requirement and BCBA licensure or eligibility to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Proven ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and share in client achievements.
• Support family discussions to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Provide supervision, training and orientation to junior staff.
• Physically engage with sessions and assist movement of children aged 2–15.
