Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Las Vegas center. This on-site role focuses on designing and supervising ABA interventions for children with autism, collaborating with families, and supporting a multi-tiered clinical team.

You will analyze data, deliver evidence-based treatment, and participate in ongoing professional development. Flexible scheduling is available for full- or part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or actively pursuing licensure in next 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with families to explain assessment results and recommendations.
• Educate and supervise behavior technicians and junior staff.
• Engage in ongoing data collection and charting for compliance.
