Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a salaried BCBA to work in client homes, billable for 15 hours per week with a schedule from 3–7 p.m., four to five days per week. The position offers the stability of a salaried role while maintaining flexible, part-time hours.

You will develop and supervise ABA interventions, collaborate with families, and lead a multi-tiered clinical team to ensure high-quality care and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam in the next 3 months).
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change outcomes for children with autism.
• Support clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Provide family-focused guidance to help parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for potential issues and advocate for clients as needed.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of the growing team of technicians.
• Assist with physical activity during sessions to support engagement and safety.

Education
