Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Las Vegas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs for children on the autism spectrum. This full-time or part-time role emphasizes professional growth, collaboration with a regional clinical team, and data-driven treatment planning.

You will supervise intervention delivery, engage families, and advocate for clients while leveraging advanced data collection tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license and Nevada LBA status or upcoming exam.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and discretion.
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Track progress and celebrate client achievements with families.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to parents.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and voicing concerns.
• Train and supervise behavioral technicians; mentor new staff.
• Move with children during sessions and assist with activities.

Education

Master's degree in behavioral analysis

BCBA license

Nevada LBA status or exam within 3 months
