Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Lincoln Park, NJ is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services. The role offers an hourly rate of $80–$95 based on experience and qualifications, with a flexible, part-time schedule designed to fit your availability and work-life balance.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BTs, and deliver

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• New Jersey license (NJ LBA) required.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise RBTs/BTs and provide mentorship.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Capable of working in a center-based clinical environment and collaborating with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set and adjust goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor progress and modify programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver services with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
