Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Lincoln Park, NJ is seeking a Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home, school, and community-based ABA services. The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly compensation in a supportive clinical team.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, and contribute to a data-driven culture focused on client outcomes and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• New Jersey license (NJ LBA) required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise RBTs/BTs.
• Collaborative, compassionate, and committed to quality care.
• Strong knowledge of ethical and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Able to work in a center-based clinical environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes and team development.
