Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA in New Jersey to provide services in home, school, and community settings. Hourly pay ranges from $80 to $95 based on experience and qualifications.

You’ll develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and maintain accurate documentation in a supportive, growth-focused clinical environment. Licensing in NJ is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable providing supervision & mentorship to RBTs and BTs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, & oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results & client needs.
• Conduct assessments & use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, & feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress & make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, & other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training & support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation & ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, & ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, & high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes & team development.
