Hand Over Hand LLC in Montclair, NJ seeks a part-time BCBA to deliver in-home and community-based ABA services. You will develop and supervise individualized treatment plans for children with autism, collaborating with families and schools to ensure skills generalize to daily life.

Must hold BCBA certification and NJ LBA license, and possess a Master’s degree in a related field. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for clinical mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and NJ LBA license.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and BTs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes and team development.
