Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services in Lincoln Park, NJ. The role offers flexible scheduling and an hourly rate of $80–$95 based on experience and qualifications.

You will build and supervise individualized ABA programs, collaborate with families, and deliver data-driven progress updates in home, school, and community settings. Training and ongoing clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and providing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
