Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Montclair, NJ is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide in-home, school, and community-based ABA services with a flexible hourly schedule. The role offers ongoing clinical support, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

You will develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, mentor RBTs/BTs, collect data, and coordinate with families and schools to promote skill generalization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA) and eligible to provide ABA services.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, & oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, & feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress & make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, & other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training & support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation & ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, & ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, & high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes & team development.
