Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Belford, NJ is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide in-home and community-based ABA services. The role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with families, schools, and other providers.

You’ll supervise RBTs/BTs, deliver parent training, and maintain thorough documentation. The position offers flexible scheduling, ongoing clinical support, and access to training resources to advance your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise RBTs/BTs and provide mentorship.
• Collaborative, compassionate, and committed to quality care.
• Strong understanding of ethical and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Ability to work in a center-based clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes and team development.
