Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Montclair, NJ seeks a Part-Time BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children in home, school, and community settings. You’ll customize treatment plans, collect data, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to generalize skills.

This role offers flexible scheduling, hourly compensation ranging from $80 to $95 based on experience, paid training, and ongoing clinical support. A Master’s in ABA or related field, NJ LBA license, and BCBA certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
