Hand Over Hand LLC in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services in Bergen County, including Paramus. The hourly role offers flexibility, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, collect data, and collaborate with families, schools, and clinicians to promote meaningful skill development and generalization

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable providing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes and team development.
