Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA in Middlesex County, NJ. You will develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for children in home, school, and community settings, while collaborating with families and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set treatment goals.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs/BTs; give feedback.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment programs based on data.
