Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA in Palmdale, CA. You will deliver assent-based ABA services, assess behavior, and supervise staff in natural environments, with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Minimum 2+ years of ABA experience with children.
Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments incl. Vineland-3.
Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data for decisions.
Coach caregivers and technicians on evidence-based strategies.
Supervise RBTs/Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity.
Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention.
