Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA in Palmdale, CA. You will deliver assent-based ABA services, assess behavior, and supervise staff in natural environments, with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
  • Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments incl. Vineland-3.
  • Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data for decisions.
  • Coach caregivers and technicians on evidence-based strategies.
  • Supervise RBTs/Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
  • Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention.

Part-Time | $45-$55 per hour (based on experience) | Palmdale, CA |

  • Hourly rate:$45-$55 per hour (based on experience and market)

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA, you’ll provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. You’ll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and clinical leaders to support meaningful, real-world skill development-on a schedule that works for you.
