Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA to deliver ethical ABA services in children’s home and community environments in Pasadena, CA. You’ll work with families, technicians, and clinical leaders to promote real-world skill development on a flexible schedule.

You’ll conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, use Vineland-3 and similar assessments, collect data, coach caregivers, supervise RBTs, and participate in quarterly clinical rounds.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience with children with autism.
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Travel locally and reliably.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Utilize Vineland-3 and other assessments as appropriate.
• Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data.
• Coach caregivers and technicians on evidence-based strategies.
• Supervise RBTs/Technicians and ensure fidelity.
• Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies.
• Participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
