Community Autism Services (CAS) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home and community-based work in Ventura, CA. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and supervise staff while partnering with families to drive meaningful, real-world skill development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Minimum 2 years ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs.
• Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
• Coach and model strategies for caregivers and technicians.
• Supervise RBTs/clinical staff and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
