Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a part-time/full-time BCBA to provide supervision, assessments, and leadership within our California programs, based in Palmdale.

The ideal candidate will supervise Registered Behavior Techs, conduct weekly in-home and remote sessions, analyze data, develop parent training curricula, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to discuss treatment plans, reports, and area improvements while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• At least 2 years ABA supervisory experience.
• FBAs and report writing experience a plus.
• Knowledge of clinical policies/regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and culturally sensitive.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Techs.
• Conduct weekly in-home and remote supervision sessions.
• Develop goals and curricular materials with parent training.
• Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions.
• Develop lesson plans and training materials per curriculum.
• Collaborate with clinical team on treatment improvements.
• Assist in FBAs, assessments, and report writing.
• Perform administrative duties as needed and provide crisis support.
• Maintain professionalism when representing the company.
