Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative clinical team serving children and families. You can work center-based, in-home, or hybrid schedules with flexible options and supportive mentorship.

The role emphasizes assessments, treatment planning, supervision of BTs/RBTs, caregiver coaching, data review, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Current BCBA certification, LABA as needed, and a master’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification where state requires it.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and collaborating with families.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
