Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves beverages; assists with cost control and inventory records.
• Assists with creation of seasonal cocktails and menu development.
• Assists with Social Media content scheduling.
• Maintains inventory control for bar products.
• Communicates with management for supplies as needed.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Performs opening/closing duties including cash handling and POS use.
