Job summary

The Club at Starr Pass in Tucson, AZ is seeking a part-time bartender to join Troon Golf, LLC. The role requires friendly, accurate service of beverages and strict adherence to liquor laws.

You will contribute to a fast-paced hospitality environment and support inventory control and cash handling during shifts. Applicants should have prior bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails and wines, and completion of Alcohol Awareness Training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 1 year bartending experience or training.
• Must be at least 21 years old and know cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training is required.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control and inventory records.
• Maintain inventory control and notify management when supplies are needed.
• Follow state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with the department manager.
• Perform opening/closing duties including cash handling and cleaning.
