Orchard Valley Golf Course in Aurora, IL, is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver craft cocktail-forward service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role requires 1-2 years bartending experience, basic knowledge of beer, wine and liquor, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience.
• Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor; familiarity with common drink recipes.
• Strong customer/guest orientation; able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; dependable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Service beverages and craft cocktails; provide high-quality service.
• Stock bar products/supplies and glassware; maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to all beverage laws and verify ages.
• Greet guests and provide attentive service; know regulars.
• Handle payments for drinks; participate in closing duties.
• Ensure sanitation and safety policies are followed.
