We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
The Bartender is integral to the guest experience and provides beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. The Bartender will service beverages at the facility and provide a craft cocktail forward, high-quality service-oriented environment.
1-2 years of bartending experience.
Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor, and common drink recipes.
Must have strong customer/guest orientation.
Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be dependable.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
Current Food Handler's Certificate and BASSET Certificate required.
