Job summary

Webbs Reserve, located in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a Part-Time Bartender to join a fast-paced hospitality-focused property managed by Troon. The role involves stocking, mixing and serving beverages, inventory control, and guest service, with adherence to liquor laws and SOPs.

The successful candidate will have a GED or high school diploma, at least 21 years old, knowledge of cocktails and wines, and Alcohol Awareness Training. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and one year bartending experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar, mix and serve beverages; assist in cost control and inventory.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor beverage products.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Perform opening/closing duties including inventory, cash handling, cleaning, and restocking.
• Use POS system for transactions.
• Review banquet schedule and events; serve catered parties and occasional meals.
