Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain bar supplies and glassware.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area.
• Follow all beverage laws and regulations.
• Collect payment for drinks served.
• Greet guests and provide attentive service.
• Learn regulars by name and recognize them.
• Monitor guest experience and take action to ensure best service.
• Inspect bar before opening for supplies and inventory.
• Prepare garnishes and drinks.
• Perform closing duties as assigned.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies.
