Qualifications

• Creative buffet presentation and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catered events from 10 to 2,000+ guests and train banquet staff.
• Fulfill service per Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and coordinate with planners.
• Conduct pre-meal briefings and prepare function room setup and side work lists.
• Maintain banquet equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance; uphold health score.
• Design buffet and coffee break décor with strong attention to quality.
• Interact with clients during events and manage records and reports.
