Qualifications

• ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all banquet functions for events 10–2000+ guests.
• Train banquet servers and back-aisle attendants.
• Fulfill service per BEOs and coordinate with meeting planners.
• Conduct pre-meal briefings and brief staff.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and health department standards.
• Record attendance, function reports, and evaluations.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Banquet Manager.
