Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a banquet facility servicing meals for large events.
• ServSafe certified (Food Handler, Allergen, and Alcohol trainings) within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catered events with 10–2000+ guests.
• Train all Banquet Servers and Back aisle Attendants.
• Fulfill service per Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Communicate with meeting planners to ensure needs are met.
• Conduct pre-meal briefings.
• Prepare room settings, station diagrams and side work lists.
• Maintain banquet equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
• Maintain Health Department score of 90+.
