The role emphasizes setting up and serving, maintaining clean banquet spaces, and collaborating with the team to ensure flawless events. This position is part-time and requires guest-focused service with attention to safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Previous banquet or serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Set up, serve, and clean up banquet events according to event specifications.
• Greet guests and provide professional, courteous service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting banquet spaces.
• Assist with resetting event rooms following functions.
