Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Reports for work in proper uniform according to the scheduled time.
• Assists with collecting all banquet equipment and setting up event spaces.
• Provides friendly and courteous customer service at all times.
• Attends pre-function briefing and follows instructions from the F&B Manager/Banquet Captain.
• Breaks down tables and banquet equipment after each event and returns items to storage.
• Adheres to grooming standards and service guidelines.
