Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Captain for Hotel Lincoln in Chicago. You will lead banquet servers, coordinate with event planners and the culinary team, and ensure flawless events. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, where applicable
