Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Captain for Hotel Lincoln in Chicago. You will lead banquet servers, coordinate with event planners and the culinary team, and ensure flawless events. Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, where applicable
