Job summary

Century Golf Partners Management is seeking a part-time Bartender in Buckeye, AZ. You will provide high-quality beverage service, maintain bar areas, and support events and venues for passholders and guests.

The role requires previous bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and certifications in Food Handling and AZ Alcohol Server. Shifts may be outdoors during events; weather readiness is needed.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of bar beverages, spirits, wine and beer.
• Familiarity with common cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Food Handler's Certification and AZ Title 4 Alcohol Server Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes.
• Issue checks for drinks served via the POS system.
• Assist with inventory of liquors, beers, and wines.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and equipment.
